40,000 square foot, mixed use building housing a multipurpose room, commercial kitchen,
classrooms, conference rooms, food pantry, daycare, storage, and support services. The building
is on track for the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED Silver Certification. The building features
sustainable features such as an energy efficient exterior envelope and HVAC system, a green roof, a
permaible paver system in the parking lot, a water collection system to minimize storm water run
off and several other “green” features. |
