Critical Facade inspection for DePaul Athletic Center

The annual façade inspection is to evaluate the present condition of the exterior façade and areas cited by the City of Chicago's Building Department on 2323 N. Sheffield Ave. The critical façade inspection is broken in to the four facades of the building, then split into a grid with the window bays representing one axis and the floors representing the other axis. The inspection consisted of a visual inspection of all the facades of the building from the ground. The purpose of this study is to determine the existing conditions, notation of recent repairs or remedial work completed, notation of minor deficient items in need of future attention, and to provide a documented summary of the results of our examination.
